I would say they PVL are lining their war chest
This upcoming vote will give them a very good gauge on where they will need to be with the vote
If they have the funds at hand ie this CR and it does look possible, after their commitment so far one would think they would come after us
Not that i am in favour but it is a possibility more so than ever now, depends on how this recent challenge looks IMHO
