It might have partially filled.
If you sell a chunk of shares but there aren't enough buyers at that price to fill the whole thing, it might only fill half and do the rest on a separate order. Not sure if that's how CommSec works.
Other than that, I really can't comment sorry man. I'm with a different broker and my trades don't complete until I've acquired or offloaded the full amount on the order.
