200m x 0.666 is 133m for 'Centro' to pay
Taking away the $64m of shares set aside we have 69m left
taking away the $60m insurance we have $9m left

Hmmm the 9m might be split between the directors individual liabilities leaving Centro shareholders with nil liability..

hehehe... Possible but unlikely! Insuracne company likely to try and wriggle out of its liability and directors probably covered by Centro anyway and of course the legals have to be paid for.

In any event around 800m better off than things could have been.
