I think the deep discount on the SP reflects a belief by some people that in some way shape or form CRF will be paying out a portion of the claim to the class action. When the decision comes I think we will see a change in the share registry with some new companies in the top 20. Why buy now when you can get it much cheaper after the decision on how much.

It is simple PWC never found it and Centro held off disclosing it. Someone is going to pay. I suspect it has gotten this far because Centro and PWC had offered to settle prior which may have emboldened the Claimants.

I think the question will shift to:

1) What the payout will be?
2) What percentage do Centro pay?

I hope I am wrong. I will hod as I still see a long-term strong future for this company.
