If you'd prefer not to have clarity, transparency and accountability, then that's your prerogative. Personally I'd have thought that all stakeholders would like that, nay demand that as a bare minimum. The absence of that is why no one rational trusts GSW any more.

I'm not criticising the appointment of PwC per se, I'm criticising the fact that it has become necessary to appoint a 3rd party to get GSW to tell the truth! Honest companies don't require that.
