Everyone needs to calm down, seeking "security for costs " is NOT counter suing , it simply means , that PWC is saying to the Court , We believe that CER does not have the money to pay our costs if they lose and we want a certain amount
aid into Court up front before CER can proceed against PWC. .
IT IS NOT a counter suit !!
It is "A Tactic" albeit legitimate.
