Stocks in the 1c range appear volatile because minimum change price can have big impact to %. Just think of a change in price of 0.011 to 0.012 is an 8.4% change. Realistically though, the volume is low atm and price is just holding 0.011-0.013 so it's been pretty stable in that regard
