    Just remember why they went below 7c. They were forced to fess up to ASX that they could actually lose money in 2001/2002 rather than earn $12.3m profit. That's a big change and not a very comforting way to find out for all those shareholders that believed the market was dramatically overselling PWR.

    So sentiment is unlikely to change except for those who see a temporary bounce. At least the day started slow possibly indicating some relief from institutional selling.

    And no, dead dogs do not bounce higher than dead cats. This is a desperate aimless company IMHO.
