So by now PXA holders know that Dye & Durham desperately want to own us.
We also know that LNK own way to much 43% for any serious bid from an interested party.
So LNK announced yesterday that they would proceed with the POSSIBLE issue to LNK holders of 80% of their holding IN PXA.
Now LNK holders have been approached again by D & D.
So in the interests of the PXA holders either a buy out by D&D or the issue of shares to LNK holders would be hugely advantageous to PXA holders.
I see D & D taking over all of PXA after the obtain Link's holding and if that fails and LNK holders get PXA holding THEN GAME ON!
So by now PXA holders know that Dye & Durham desperately want to...
