I don’t think PXA (the directors, and maybe some shareholders, incl. myself) want to see PXA delisted so fast. Very promising company in a highly consolidated industry - personally not worried about interoperability. So if a bid by D&D came along, I’d like to see PXA reject it as a show of force.
