pxgoa question

Morning all,

Apologies if this is a silly question...

I own some PXGOA's, in the event of a takeover before the options need to be exercised, what happens to the options?

Are they included in the bid? Are they paid out at a lower price? Do they need to be converted to fully paid shares first?

Any info would be aprpeciated.
