Dissolve - The payment was due in Q1 2013. Please see the extract from the Half Yearly report on Pg 3 under Diretor's Report "Pura Vida will receive a cash payment of US$15 million upon completion of the transaction (expected in Q1 13)"
I received a response from PVD today that there were delays on Govt approvals but they should be clear by this month and they would receive the payment by June 2013.
