    I think the price is somewhere between the two above positions.

    The current market price represents at the margin what willing sellers and buyers can agree on. Most PXUPA holders would not sell at that price, I for one. On the other hand the same applies to PPX shares.

    I note that the price of many thinly traded stocks such as PXUPA can move by multiples when a serious buyer turns up.
