Request from 5 members of the SPS Trust to amend the constitution.
Clause 7.5 to change to:
"The realisation method (or combination of methods) is to be determined by the RE or a special resolution of members. Where members have passed a special resolution, the Responsible Entity must act promptly in accordance with such resolution"
The Requisitioning members have requested that a general meeting be convened on the basis they they hold at least 5% of the votes that may be cast on the special resolution.
