    Can you guys explain to a layman essentially what is at stake here?

    Without any changes can the RE do a swap deal without getting the support of 75% of PXU units? If so presumably they can do a swap deal with the PPX Board that PIGS and Coastal may not like. Is that what this proposed change is intended to block?
