Not so sure about pxupas divis, depends on when they plan to resume ords divis.
Any resumption of ords means they have to pay out previous 12 months arrears on hybrids.
If they can hold off on ords divis for 2 years, for instance, they save 1 years distribution on pxupa.
Ords dont necessarily miss out, as they can just pay a bumper divi at that time[pxupas just get previous years divi].
Depends on where they want their gearing to be.
Worth more than they are now though, see eldpa's for comparison.
