Thanks.I appreciate your time and effort. I guess my issue is that they should have had to catch up with all the hybrid dividends before being able to resume ordinary dividends. The instrument was poorly constructed ( for investors) if they can just resume these dividends after paying the hybrids for a year and not accounting for the outstanding dividends to hybrids before this.
But,you live and learn.I think we did lose a years dividends.As you say, a spread for these drongos of 4.65% over is cheap so they'll keep going.
I suppose I should look at where we stand in a wind-up situation.I suspect unsecured and just before the shareholders.Ain't promising here.
