    Nandina, that is what prompted me to look at Pxupa and Tahha. It is easy for the newspapers to say "everyone is happy when the mortgage rates come down". However, it is not good for older folk with a bit of cash trying to earn interest to live. These investments have some risk but the two I have mentioned seem to be less risky than other Bonds. They are linked to the 90/180 day bill rate , so both should continue to go up in value and interest payments. M
