    Overall the market is much stronger;

    On that day, Thursday 12 Feb 2009, PaperlinX was facing wipeout. For the day, PXUPA closed at $15.00 so 11.00 was probably a blip; and

    Then, the issue was DEBT now its failed management.

    The lowest daily close was Friday 13th Feb
