I'd say the issue around PXUPA is debt, not just failed management. I watch this one constantly, and most of us would have been amazed at the decline. IS it possible that PPX could be another HST?

Also, interest rates have fallen, and that affects PXUPA, not that it pays distributions. I notice that when the Trust did the valuation, one aspect was the share price. It may be in the interests of the powers that be to get the SP of PXUPA lower to lower the value, to make some kind of offer lower- dunno- just a guess.

As the price goes lower, two things happen simultaneously with me: greed and fear. It looks "cheap", but is it?

    Thoughts from holders?
