    I have not read the rules associated with PXUPA , but is it possible for PPX to purchase PXUPA on market sub $10 and then cancel those shares it acquires ?

    28m PXUPA at $9.00 = 25m current value on the hybrids

    600m shares at .075c = $45m on the head stock

    No wonder the PE firms were and I expect are still circling .
