    They have 21days to validify the 249D request. It was lodged with asx on 1st Oct. So by the 22nd we should know if it has been accepted and the EGM must be within 2months of being received.

    So, we are likely to get an update either fri or monday imo, and if accepted the EGM (for PXUPA) would be Dec 1st.

    Will be an interesting week and a bit.
