Another unpopular post sorry.
Charts suggest you want that announcement soon, with the upward trend being broken I was going to say the other day - that in the absence of fundamentals the SP can often come back up to test the trend then continue to make its way down further to create a new local lower low (re test 23c and possibly break below it).
It's not all looking bad or anything, just part of the PSC news cycle, and I could 100% be wrong / it can obv break back into that wedge (be a fake-out to the lower side), I'm just playing slight percentages/likelihoods and a trend is your friend barring fundamentals.
A consolidation phase would be nice to lift off from / thin down the bollinger.
