positives
1) CEO now advising matter of weeks for Tox data (no longer months) and very happy with all data seen so far from efficacy to safety
2) CEO advising many more IRD and common (eg not rare e.g. AMD related) ocular and ‘other’ lead candidates to be announced (validating our dual platform)
3) VP-002 timeline is 6 months behind VP-001 so will be exciting to see similar Tox data etc 6 months from now, another IND 18 months away etc (validating our ocular programme and dual platform)
4) CNS on track and they are excited - If I had to guess; we’re targeting a breakthrough for those suffering from ALS
negatives
1) slight delay on IND now being 12 months vs 9 months before if one took June/July 2022 as their mid year expectations
