As seems to have become fairly common on the ASX, it does seem that the more frequent traders replicate each other's approach. They simply make a bet on a stock, and then wait for a reason to sell. That is often an announcement, most fail to even read it but simply take it as their cue to sell. Should hopefully be fairly transient, there has been some serious buying recently and I doubt those buyers have simply decided they have enough immediately after additional good and de-risking news was released.
