Any Shortfall Shares will be issued at a price not less than the Offer Price under the Retail
Entitlement Offer. The Directors reserve the right to issue any New Shares at a price
higher than the Offer Price.
Am guessing there will be the inevitable shortfall. Imagine if they place the shares to a willing buyer at a premium to the offer!!
Sometimes in these types of rights offers, shareholders have the right to subscribe for additional shares over and above their entitlement. not so in this instance.
No oversubscription under the Entitlement Offer will be accepted by the Company.
My guess is that PYC already has a plan to place the shortfall
