PYC Chart looks the goods, page-134

Hi Malown1, I am well aware of the PYC's tests with DMD type of drug cargo. That's all because Prof. Sue Fletcher is the co-inventor of the DMD drug VYONDYS 53™ (Golodirsen) for Sarepta. It uses a CPP from Sarepta and gained FDA approval in 2019. However PYC's CPP appears to far more efficient, details in my Post #:45375034.

It depends on how the intellectual properties of VYONDYS 53™ is vested, Prof. Fletcher's may be able to use part of her invention in developing new RNA drug cargos to treat central nervous system diseases for PYC.

It appears she has the technology to produce the RNA to repair different defective DNAs within a cell. The holy grail remains to be the transport of the RNA drug cargo into the cell. PYC's CPPs have high efficacy and low toxicity. This forms the perfect partnership with her working INSIDE the company!

I have listed the top 4 diseases in the CNS: Parkinson's disease, Multiple sclerosis (MS), Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and Alzheimer's disease just to give HC members an appreciation of the possible drug targets that PYC could bring relief to the sufferers of these debilitating diseases.

I came across a case of a young and bright guy in his mid twenties suffering from ALS. Watching him slip away slowly with more and more parts of his body not functioning is painful and sad. Finally his autonomic nervous system failed and he stopped breathing. My support to PYC is much more on the human level rather than financial gain. Helping them to raise more cash to fund more drugs sooner is the least I could do for the betterment of mankind.
