From a chart view its looks pretty weak at the moment...and it is an overall sell...definitely a sell based on short-term indictors..
If the current trading pattern continues it will only get weaker as long term indicators soften...Definitely not a strong buy....there is no CR to pump it at the moment so it looks like a slow bearish reversal pattern may play out...heading below 14 cents if no change or positive news..
