The week has ended in a high of 14.5c. Strength is coming back as we are entering Q2 of 2021 next week.

The large animal tox readouts would be due out any time this quarter! It would add another 10% certainty to the commercialized value of US$1-2b. Taking the mid point of US$1.5b, it would add 6c to the SP. If the game is fair, SP should recover to the CR price of 17c prior to the news and jump another 6c on the good news, i.e. 23c would be the price target for 30.06.2021.

If another CNS drug worth US$10b is announced, At 10% certainty when added to the pipeline, it would add another 40c to each share bringing it to 63c before the end of the year. BTW PYC's SP should have been 54c at this point in time, according to calculation based on % certainty against the FDA timeline of 3 drugs already announced. See details in my Post #: 50977415

TA Analysis:

1. SP broke above the bottom of uptrend lines. So we could resume the uptrend from here.
2. Bollinger Band lines and the midline are all pointing flat. Next up bar would dictate the direction change.
3. SP bounced up after touching 200MA is a good sign of strength returning.

My 4 favourite TA indicators:

• Fast Stochastic approaching overbought = BUY
• Mon 22.02.2021 MACD flipped up, but < 0 = BUY (if > 0, = Strong BUY)
• Fri 26.02.2021 RSI > 50 and pointing up = Strong BUY
• Thur 25.02.2021 Slow Stochastic flipped upwards in the oversold zone = Strong BUY

Overall, it is a BUY.

Once the short term sellers are depleted, SP would certainly return to its rational uptrend based on PYC's competitive edge in its CPP platform and drug cargos developed by Prof Sue Fletcher.
