"eye medicine" .... Where to start? Perhaps you could read the last 3 presentations which explain the "new" therapy for the genetic condition Retinitis pigmentosa type 11, a genetic disease where the retina "medicine" can recreate new corrected RNA so that the deepest layer of the retina is "medicated" ie fixed...and potentially reverses progressive blindness.
From my understanding the eye medicine is being tested for toxicity in rabbit retinas. Some time in the next 6 months they will progress to the IND studies and after that launch clinical trials.
So, the "eye" medicine is going slowly, but nicely....Hang around.
