you are on the money! The retina is at the back of the eye, which is a sphere, so you cannot see it except with dr toys. The layer the drug works on is the deepest one, the one with rods and cones.... so its really impressive that it works. And really profitable if they get it thru trials. About 800m US dollars every year forever....
