actually, the brain has a number of barriers to drug delivery. The two methods I know of are via the CSF( requiring a lumbar puncture) and via the bloodstream( more complicated as the delivery is difficult) and then it’s either oral , IV or IM to get it into the bloodstream. So there is a lot to find out about the brain and how PYC can deliver its drugs to the targeted area.
