It was a good opportunity to re-read the posts Everyone's talking IO but remember Myc from January 2017. The potential immuno-oncology implications from successfully targeting Myc could be transformative in combination therapies - add in Doug Fairlie's work on the Bcl-2 family of proteins and we have quite a story.
