    Wouldn't call it silly & plenty do it,

    promotes uptake and loyalty & very little dilution at 1 for 10 if the 3 year option price is on the very high end of the scale.

    anyway, it was just a question & if they hit a home run likely won't need it or if any shortfall institutional will likely fill the void this time around.
