I've got no opinion on specific parallels between DXB and PYC, just have to correct something, DXB has Europe already covered (baked into SP) by the Advanz deal. US and China deals are the big ones still to come.
More generally, I think PYC is not as advanced, but the potential for their technology is far, far greater. Perhaps some deals could be done early with the treatment of one indication for funding purposes, but long-term (I'm happy to hold for many years), I think PYC could end up being something very special indeed.
