i am not sure but a speeding ticket usually gets issued when a stock runs and runs, say in this case it opened at 13 and traded within .5c of that all day, so was up 15% ish. If it had run from there to say 15 then it would have moved enough i think. But there are enough sellers that the smart accumulators just sat and waited all day and got their fill.
What will be more impressive in my mind is if they move up to 14c and do it all again today.
