Not going to claim to be an expert in this area but I don’t think so. I have a memory in Australia of Apple or someone being hauled over the coals for potentially having a different price in Australia and I don’t see why laws would be any different for medical companies. Will have to salve our consciences with all the people we can help that previously had no reasonable treatment options….?
