    PYC Top 18 Shareholders - 2023 vs 2022

What the major shareholders have been doing in the last 13 months? There are winners and a few losers.

    THE HAPPY WINNERS

Alan Tribe has added 870M shares. This could be a consolidation of his various accounts from Australian Land Pty Ltd and his superannuation funds. Officially, he bought 254.5 million shares in the recent cap raise as detailed on the new release on 11/05/2023 https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-successful-completion-of-30m-placement.7378333/ Every 1c move in his total portfolio of 1.708 billion shares = $17M movement! It's not for the faint hearted.

If the PKD drug is on track for commercialisation in 2027 and my estimated share price of $60 is right, his portfolio would be worth $102b. For comparison, the richest Australian is Gina Rinehar with a net worth of $47b. Alan Tribe would be double that.

Datamatch Pty Ltd (The Paragon Family) has added 20 million shares. If they accumulated at say 6c, now 10c, they would have made a book profit of $800K in the last few weeks.

THE REELING LOSERS clocked up a combined loss of $7.63M

Those 5 shareholders highlighted in red at the bottom of the list are now reeling from offloading a total of 184 million shares. If they dumped them at an average of 6c, they would have missed out on the recent 4c rise, for a huge loss of $7.63M !!!

Their brokers and advisers should sign up with HotCopper and read the highly educational postings from people like @hottod who’s done 5,604 posts and 14,479 good analysis, plus a long list of other regular posters. My heartfelt thanks to their contributions. I have learned a lot from them and kept accumulating, some at 5.2c.

    GREAT PEOPLE AT THE TOP

Malcolm McCusker with McCusker Holdings Pty Ltd was holding 30M shares of CBA last year, at say $100/share, it is worth $3b. He would not make investment decisions lightly. He has bought and held firmly on 214 million PYC shares is a seal of approval for PYC to succeed.

According to LinkedIn, David Sietsma is Non-Executive Director with more than 30 year experience in banking, financial markets and investment management. Skilled in strategic planning, risk management and governance. His family is now holding in excess of 238 million PYC shares over 3 accounts ranking 3rd.

The McCusker and Sietsma are truly prudent investors holding large chunks of PYC shares. It is certainly a sign of confidence.
