Regarding point #1, TB, Rohan has more than once said he expects very rapid uptake of PYCs treatment, at least for RP11. Regarding #2, there may be a few elderly patients or those with irreparable eye damage who cannot be helped, but I would expect all others to be on the treatment. Certainly in developed countries. Ditto for PCKD.
I can’t comment on your other 3 points. All I can say is that I put quite conservative numbers into my spreadsheet and my estimate of value is way, way greater than $1.20. But mine is a future estimate, not “now.” Is the analyst estimate of $1.20 for current valuation? But I admit I’m no accountant nor financial guru. So maybe I’m wrong. One thing I haven’t factored in is “something going wrong” which is a bit nebulous and I don’t know how to account for that, except by introducing “percentages”. But that’s just guesswork IMO.
