The thing that strikes me about this valuation is that it is so superficial. They look like they have just copy and pasted from the last company announcement. I’m sure most people on this forum have a deeper understanding. But I guess these documents set a guideline for people investing. Does that mean it becomes a bit of a self fulfilling prophecy even if it doesn’t represent the actual value? Or are the calculations just an average developed over multiple biotechs at a similar stage so they never get it too wrong or too right?
