With the 3 cohorts in this single dose trial being dosed with 3mgs, 10mgs and 30mgs, I would think this current 10mg dose is the one they would expect to take into later trials to show efficacy. If that's the case, to show no adverse effects for 10mg, is to show the drug is safe for the possible therapeutic dose. IMO that is a huge milestone. If 30mg also shows no adverse effects and they decide to test at 75mg, it may allow PYC to consider 30mg as the future therapeutic dose but until then, having 10mg locked in, will be a huge result.
