3/ Alan and the top holders will want to see value as they have all had many years in this stock. i suspect they will just hold on and collect the dividends PYC declare. Once they get the franking it will be even more advantageous to not sell as that would trigger a cap gains tax event. The amount of dividends likely each year could equal their average buy price so …… lets see if that happens.
Of course we need that silly labour tax idea to fail re taxing unrealisable gains for this to be a perfect financial strategy.
