Apologies for the late response but I’ve been really busy the past couple of days.
Look, I maintain an Exel spreadsheet in which I try to account for some of the variables and arrive at an estimated SP at some point in the future.
I freely admit that it probably contains inaccuracies and is far from perfect. I suspect there are many “unknown unknowns” out there.
I’m not going to post my spreadsheet here. Every man and their dog will be lecturing me on how I’ve got this or that wrong. TBH I would encourage every investor to do one as part of “DYOR”.
I just write out a list of “known knowns” (eg: SOI) and a list of assumptions (eg: “$100,000 per person/year for treatment) and put it together. Then extend it for the number of years that remain for patent protection. Once you write formulas in the cells, updates become a breeze.
A spreadsheet, however accurately compiled, may not become factual. Changes can happen “out of the blue”. But still, it’s a nice dream to have.
