    I hear you Lew. Yes I’m well down on that other dog. I drank the Kool-Aid on that one. Just waiting and hoping to get back to breakeven and I’m out of there! Big difference in quality of management between them, IMO. I can’t imagine PYCs management getting a “strike” against them like the other mob.

    I believe the consolidation was done with a view to NASDAQ listing and the USA is where the investment heavyweights are.
