As i've stated previously, although the percentages are low, as are the trading volumes, I feel institutional players are starting to control the price here.
They may be seeing the need for a capital raise in the near future and have slowly been shorting the stock (indicated by cross trades and bot activity).
Below is the state of play from a week ago and I believe this week will show a lot more shorting activity.
Don't get me wrong I will be happily buying while the price is suppressed.
