I can see the potential for the scenario outlined, (a decent sized holder selling for whatever reason), however it makes my head hurt when there are likely to be some key inflection points in the next several months that would yield them a much better return, by far! Things like deceased estate selling, marriage disputes/settlements... and the list probably goes on and on. But it still makes my head hurt.
Anyway, someone is topping up or getting in at what I feel is pretty good prices, relatively speaking. Best wishes to those able to do so.
