If you follow the last link provided in my post, I’ve previously made some comparisons between the two programs, with PYC appearing to have some advantages.
Obviously Regulus is at least a couple of years ahead of PYC.
One positive for PYC is that as the Regulus program advances, it provides a clearer view of the regulatory pathway ahead (both FDA and EMA) for PYC’s program.
ADPKD is potentially a very large global market so there is room for multiple players.
