I think I read insto settlement of recent share placement today .
Dont think PYC should stay under offer price $1.25 for that long
Wouldnt be suprised to see some encouraging news drop before retail portion of raise closes
( this retail part has also been underwritten)
Am happy to gather a few more if I can get them cheaper overall than raise ( although nice to give company money direct in raise financially it makes sense for me to buy stock cheaper if I can- still may take up my 1 for 4 allocation)
