Visual efficacy data being generated from ongoing treatment of SAD and MAD patient cohorts, especially from the quantum of those having reached 6 months of ongoing overall treatment, supported by snippets PYC have reported may make many people very happy in the not to distant future.
I eagerly await PYC's meeting with the FDA in a few months time, where a discussion about end points, approval to move forward into a Registrational trial and maybe even an accelerated timeline based on data generated thus far.
