Seems to be trying to keep at raise levels - looks like underwriters will get a fair bit of stock - retailers may be a bit nervous to kick in - a fair raise though and I reckon shareholders will be rewarded over time .
Only 5 or so underwriters ( have the ability to sub underwrite tho ) and all seem pretty decent entities and existing holders .
May take a while to wash through but the company will be fully funded for a while .
As said previously by others I wouldn’t also be at all surprised if news is around the corner
